What’s New in April?

1. Points & Membership

*Note: Only available for OMO package

You can now create membership program for your customers.

2. TikTok Singapore

*Note: Only available for ERP Value Plus plan and above

Integrate and start selling on TikTok Singapore.

 


3. Open AI

Open AI tool is available to help you to generate and optimize Webstore, Shopee, Lazada and TikTok product descriptions.

 


4. Shopee Rating App

*Note: Only available for ERP Value Plus plan and above

You may now sync your Shopee store ratings into SiteGiant and display the ratings in your webstore.

 


5. Store Locator

*Note: Only available for OMO package

List and allow your customers to find your physical stores easily.

 


6. Dropship Fulfillment

*Note: Only available for ERP Premium plan and above

You may enable the uploading of dropship air waybill for fulfillment.

The uploading of dropship air waybills can be done either through your webstore or order details page.

 


7. Auto Cancel Pending Order App

*Note: This is a Premium app (only available upon purchase)

You can allow automatic cancellation of pending unpaid orders with the Auto Cancel Pending Order App.


Other Feature Enhancements

1. SiteGiant POS

Taxable products are now supported.

 


2. Marketing Centre

*Note: Only available for OMO package

You may create redeemable vouchers for use on SiteGiant POS.

 


3. Order Processing

Zalora Global and TikTok Singapore orders are now supported for fulfillment.

 


4. Marketplace Order Return Management

You may now process order returns for Shopee Singapore and Lazada Singapore channels.

 


5. Webstore
a) Custom Payment

You may add your own custom payment method now. (*Note: Only applicable for manual payment methods, e.g. eWallet or QRcode payment).

b) Mega Menu

You may configure Mega Menu for your webstore.

b) Product Status

You may now set product status (available, pre-order, coming soon) to be displayed in your webstore product page.

*Note: The webstore product status does not affect the existing order/inventory handling method.

 


6. Listing Scraper

Easily scrape and copy product details from Lazada Singapore channel.

 


7. Shipping Method

*Note: Only available for OMO package

You may also set the webstore pickup locations based on the location data available in Store Locator.

 


8. SQL Sync

WhatsApp, LINE, Telegram, WeChat and Shopee Singapore orders can now be synced into SQL Sync.
