What’s New on SiteGiant New Feature Updates

In the past quarter of 2020, we had gone through a few phases of the Movement Control Order (MCO). But, it has not stopped us from continuously coming out with better features and integrations to streamline the operation of our merchants.

Here’s a recap of what we have built for the past quarter.

1) Shipping Label Printing update – Auto arrange shipment

Find it a hassle to keep on arranging shipment for new orders? Now, you can auto arrange shipment for your Shopee and Lazada Orders and get your orders ready in time with tracking numbers.

Go to Order > Fulfillment > Shipping Label (Lazada/Shopee) > Settings > Enable Auto Arrange Shipment > Select Shipment Method: Dropoff/ Pickup > Select Time Slot for Orders to be Auto-arranged and done.

Note:

Auto arrange shipment feature for Shopee and Lazada Shipping Label is available for Unicart Business Deluxe Plus Plan and above.

2) Shipping Label Printing (Lazada) – Print shipping labels, invoice and packing list in one go

Good news for Lazada sellers! Now you can print your Lazada shipping labels, invoice, and packing list together in one go.

This feature is available for Unicart Business Deluxe Plus Plan and above.

3) Generate Carrier Manifest with barcode or QR code

Need a record of your shipped out orders? With the Carrier Manifest, you can do that and quickly generate a report of shipped out Orders for your reference. The best part is you can choose to print your Carrier Manifest with barcode or QR code so that it is easier for you to counter-check your order status.

This feature is available for Unicart Business Deluxe Plus Plan and above.
4) New Order Fulfillment Integration – Poslaju SendParcel

Using Poslaju SendParcel as your courier service provider? Now, you can print Poslaju SendParcel shipping labels directly from SiteGiant’s platform. This would save your time without having to login through the Poslaju SendParcel website to print your shipping label.

This feature is available for Unicart SME Plus Plan and above.
5) New Accounting Integration – Biztory

Can’t find the time to do bookkeeping for your online business? You may consider using Biztory as an accounting solution for your online business. By integrating with Biztory, your data will be synced directly and all your received sales and payments will be recorded automatically in Biztory. Now, you will have more time to focus on your multiple channels to make more sales and revenues.

6) App Store Update – Delivery coverage & Order delivery date

a) Delivery Coverage app

Are you only selling in certain areas and using your own delivery transport to deliver your products to the customers?

Delivery Coverage app is what you’ll need to customize the delivery coverage area in Malaysia. You’ll have the flexibility to decide your coverage area and tremendously reduce the possibility of receiving orders outside of your coverage area.

This webstore app is available for all Unicart Plan.

b) Order Delivery Date app

Running a time-sensitive business like flower and food deliveries? Or even any other products that need to be delivered within a specific time period?

Try out the Order Delivery Date app. This app allows your customers to select their preferred delivery period. Now, your customers can pick a date and time that fits their personal and professional schedule without having to worry about missing the delivery.

This webstore app is available for all Unicart Business Gold Plan and above.
